Hello, I’m Hana, a RSW and yoga instructor. I offer individual, couples, mindfulness, and group therapy in Toronto. I have several years of experience supporting individuals in mental health settings, including work in a psychiatric hospital.
I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, uncertainty about life direction, or the impact of past trauma. In our work together, we will gently explore your inner experiences, understand the needs behind your emotions, and notice patterns in thoughts or relationships that may keep repeating.
My approach integrates EFT, ACT, CBT, and MBCT. As a certified yoga teacher, I also value the mind–body connection and may incorporate mindfulness, breathing, and body awareness to support emotional regulation. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity.
Psychotherapy is not only for moments of crisis; it can also be a space to understand yourself more deeply and care for your inner world. You do not need to wait until there is a “problem” to begin.
You deserve to be seen and understood.
I offer therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to book a consultation or reach out with any questions.
